I don’t understand how anyone can leave poor reviews for this Floral Shop. My Mom lives in El Cajon and years ago, after I sent her an African violet basket from another shop that was pitiful, (I spent $75.00 and it looked like they went to Home Depot or Lowe’s and bought 3 very small, half dead plants; then threw them in a small basket and delivered them
We live out of town so we trusted Flower Cart Florist with the flower arrangement and delivery. Our Granddaughter loved the flowers and sent us a picture of herself with arrangement. The arrangement looked beautiful. Fresh and bright.
